The company only accepts exchange in the following 02 (two) cases:
- Case 1: The appearance of the Goods is no longer intact: Cans are distorted, rusty, labels are torn, erased…; Immediately upon delivery, the consignee and delivery staff perform a joint check. During joint inspection, if it is discovered that the appearance of the Goods is no longer intact, if the Consignee requests to exchange new goods, the delivery staff (representing the Company) will confirm and make a Handover Record recording accept the matter. The exchange of new Goods will be done within no more than 03 (three) Working Days from the date the General Agent requests to exchange the Goods.
- Case 2: The type and origin do not match the Order, the Goods are defective due to the manufacturer or due to storage errors of the Company. Within 05 (five) Working Days from the date of receiving notice from the General Agent, the Company conducts inspection and verification. If the General Agent’s notification is correct, the Company must exchange the replacement Goods according to the Order to the Agent.
In any case of changing the Goods due to the General Agent’s fault or at the General Agent’s request (not the Company’s fault), the General Agent shall bear all related costs.
