- Delivery Location: The Company delivers the goods to the General Agent at the address stated on the valid Order.
- Shipping Unit: Viettel Post or other shipping unit established and operating legally in accordance with Vietnamese law from time to time according to the Company’s official announcement. The principles related to transportation/delivery of the Transport Unit are complied with the Transport Unit’s regulations published on the Transport Unit’s official website.
- Shipping Policy: By using the shipping service designated by the Company, the General Agent acknowledges and agrees to the requirements and applicable policies and practices set forth in this shipping policy. The Company reserves the right to amend and apply this shipping policy at any time without the consent of the General Agent.
Delivery procedure:
a. The Goods will be delivered to the General Agent address provided in the Order accepted by the Company.
b. Goods are delivered with delivery notes and other necessary financial documents.
c. At the time of receipt, the General Agent checks the Goods according to the Order, financial documents and delivery note. Based on the Order, financial documents and delivery notes, the Company will resolve complaints (if any) of the General Agent regarding the quantity of Goods and exchange and return requests in accordance with the Operating Rules. .
d. General Agents should pay attention to check: quantity, design, quality of Goods…, order value is correct and complete with Order information;
Shipping scope:
- Intra-province: is the scope of transporting postal items with receiving and delivery addresses within the same province.
- Intra-region: is the scope of transporting postal items with receiving and delivery addresses in two different provinces in the same Region (North, Central, and South).
- Near region: is the scope of transporting postal items with a receiving address in the North and a delivery address in the Central region and vice versa; or receiving address in the Central region, delivery address in the South and vice versa.
- Inter-region: is the scope of transporting postal items with a receiving address in the North and a delivery address in the South and vice versa.

- Estimated delivery time is calculated from the time the Company receives a valid Order (including packaging processing time and delivery time):
- Intra-province: 1.5 – 2.5 days;
- Intra-region: 2.5 – 4.5 days;
- Near region: 3.5 – 5.5 days;
- Inter-region: 4.5 – 5.5 days.
- At the time of handover:
- The consignee (who is the legal representative of the General Agent, Affiliated Agent or Customer, depending on each specific case) inspects the shipment to ensure that the shipment fully meets the requirements specified in These Operating Rules. The inspection is carried out by direct inspection, without using scientific or technical means.
- The handover must be made in writing, with at least the quantity, condition of the Goods, delivery time and other relevant contents during the Goods inspection process. The minutes are made in 02 (two) originals, signed by the Shipper (representing the Company) and the Consignee, each Party keeps 01 (one) original.
- In case the Company cannot prepare enough goods to deliver according to the Order, the Company will notify the General Agent at least 01 (one) day before the expected delivery time so that the Parties can adjust the delivery time. row. In case the Company still cannot prepare enough goods and/or the General Agent does not want to adjust the delivery time, the Parties will carry out the necessary procedures to cancel the Order and the Company will carry out the refund the amount paid by the General Agent within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the time of cancellation of the Order.
